Guys, CarPlay will be a choice, you'll still have the rest of the radio as it was before Apple/Google got in there. It's just an icon you press when connecting

Guys, CarPlay will be a choice, you'll still have the rest of the radio as it was before Apple/Google got in there. It's just an icon you press when connecting your iDevice via USB. Google is doing the same thing. Carplay and GoogleAndroidPlay - for lack of a better word - is coming on new cars only, anyone else is out of luck unless they have an aftermarket radio. Pioneer is retrofitting several radios with CarPlay as a firmware update.
