Did somebody say troll? I haven't heard the base system much myself but from the people I've met that have it, it's one of the first things they get rid

 I haven't heard the base system much myself but from the people I've met that have it, it's one of the first things they get rid of. My BOSE system is pretty good and much better than the base. Weight savings are very small if anything at all. No where near enough to make a difference in performance. Don't believe me? Check out my 1/4 mile time in my sig, I have the touring package. If you really care about saving weight on the sound system, then you should be tearing it out of the car. |
