One problem of the ACCESS ASWC, is that if you have an old version that needs to be upgraded to work in your application, you either have to send it back to ACCESS and have them update the firmware or buy a $40 cable to be able to do it yourself.
I have a Kenwood DDX-719 and all steering functions work except for the phone pick-up and disconnect. Kenwood said that it will not work and there are no known plans to update the HU firmware to allow that function to work in the near future. |
