I also have the NEX 8100. This thin has horible radio reception! Anyone else experience this. I have to listen to my stations by burning phone data using radio apps

Anyone else experience this. I have to listen to my stations by burning phone data using radio apps via bluetooth. Is there a fix for this. I took it back to the installer and they said it's connected by one antenna cable so it is correct installation. Are pioneer head units known for this. $1,400.00 head unit and I can't get a basic radio channel?
