I like Volk GTS. But I noticed something. Some pictures show the rim spokes a little deeper into the wheel. other pictures show the rim spokes closer to the exterior

I like Volk GTS.
But I noticed something. Some pictures show the rim spokes a little deeper into the wheel. other pictures show the rim spokes closer to the exterior edge of the wheel. Is there a certain measurement for that? For example:  This seems like the rim spokes are more toward the outer edge of the wheel as compared to the one below, where the rim spokes are more inside the wheel.
