How much performance is lost when you switch to 20" rims?

I think I covered this subject a couple of times. Since I got nothing better to do. The larger the wheels/tires, the slower the car gets(gear ratio). For those with

Since I got nothing better to do. The larger the wheels/tires, the slower the car gets(gear ratio). For those with 22" wheels, beating a 4 cyl. Altima will be a problem.....Plus the weight difference......
