Just finished 20mm DRS all around and I agree it looks just right.
I debated 25mm in the back but glad I went 20. The 20mm front and back on stock 19" rays with no drop essentially resulted in the very edge of the tire (rim protector) exactly flush with the fender. I think 25mm would have been too much. Just my $.02. I also used all hand tools except for a cordless impact driver. This is a must for pulling in the studs. First rear took me an hour as I like to be methodical when trying something new. The remaining 3 took less than half hour each.
