buuuut 20mm on factory tires with a bit of camber and drop is pretty damn close to flush.

I've been considering putting spacers on my stock 19" rays. Had a couple concerns though. I was thinking about doing 20mm/25mm front/back with H&R DRM. But I've been reading around and I feel a little more safe using the DRS series. Would I have a problem using the stud replacement spacers and getting new rims later on? Will the extended studs cause a problem or will I have to keep the stock studs and put them back in when i decide to get rims?

I just installed 20mm H&R DRS front and 25mm H&R DRM rear on my stock 19" Rays yesterday. The stance looks fantastic! Real muscular looking. H&R doesn't make 25mm DRS. If you go with a different rim later on, just get ones with a better offset so you won't need spacers. I think plenty of people run DRM on all 4 corners with no issues.

Okay thanks. And yes, I plan on getting the right offset for the rims. But what I was trying to get across was that if I do stud replacement and then get the correct offset rim, will I have to put the old studs back in?

I would think you would or the studs would be too long unless you went with open-ended lugs. I saved my original studs for just that reason. It was pretty straight forward install. I didn't even use air tools. Just a 1/2" drive socket set.

I am running 20mm DRM on all four corners without any issues. No loctite. I put antiseize on the studs for the hub to spacer. This way when/if i go aftermarket I take off the spacers and get wheels that have the correct offsets already.

Just finished 20mm DRS all around and I agree it looks just right.
I debated 25mm in the back but glad I went 20.
The 20mm front and back on stock 19" rays with no drop essentially resulted in the very edge of the tire (rim protector) exactly flush with the fender.
I think 25mm would have been too much. Just my $.02.
I also used all hand tools except for a cordless impact driver. This is a must for pulling in the studs.
First rear took me an hour as I like to be methodical when trying something new. The remaining 3 took less than half hour each.

I didn't use any impact tools. It's not a must and very easy with a socket set. I did one stud at a time and just held a stud while tightening the new one. Wasn't hard at all. Just another way to do the install if you don't have impact tools

You're right, perhaps "must" was a bad choice of words. It was nice to have an impact driver though. I got it in a set with a drill and was hoping I could use it someday for something.
I'm old so power tools are my friend!

Just ordered H&R and Im gonna be running 265 with 15mm Drs in front and 305 with 15mm in rears.
Anyone knows if my rear tires will stick out of my fender with this size spacer? From info I'm gathering here. If u run that size tire in rear with 20-25mm spacer. You get a tire poke out of fender. Anyone insight would be great.!

My tires dont poke really at all. They're pretty much flush except in the front. Front is in a little bit because of the camber from my springs. Depends on your rim offsets and such. 20/25 is perfect for stock wheels and offsets.
