Wow this is crazy that dealerships are clueless, lets hope they aren't anymore.
If I were you guys I'd just get the money back anyways, wheel locks are annoying and barely even slow down/inconvenience a thief.
I know this first hand as I lost the key to my locks for my RSX and quickly found a way to get them all off in less than 5 minutes with NO special tools.
