Its that you guys are really nice, b/c I have customers yelling at me everyday when an order doesnt arrive on the estimated date. I think if its not going to arrive, an open communication through who you purchased is important so the customer doesnt feel like he is in the dark. PS the nebraska ocean comment had me with a few girly giggles lol
