I ordered a set of USED rays sport package wheels that include the sensors. The dealership says that I will have to program the sensors on the sport package wheels

I ordered a set of USED rays sport package wheels that include the sensors. The dealership says that I will have to program the sensors on the sport package wheels to get them to work. They want 100 dollars to do that. Is this correct? I have my existing set of TPMS on my 18" base wheels as well. Can I not just bolt the rims up since they came off of a 370z?
