thats not a big deal. thats the only way they get the sticker weights off. most of that isn't probably scratches, its most likely scraping through the brake dust. either way, i have had that on every set of wheels i've ever had remounted and balanced and i've never noticed it unless i was looking specifically for it, and you can't really see it when the car is mounted.
the only damage that is worth making a fuss over is damage to the face or lip or soem kind of dent or w/e |
