thats not a big deal. thats the only way they get the sticker weights off. most of that isn't probably scratches, its most likely scraping through the brake dust. either way, i have had that on every set of wheels i've ever had remounted and balanced and i've never noticed it unless i was looking specifically for it, and you can't really see it when the car is mounted.

the only damage that is worth making a fuss over is damage to the face or lip or soem kind of dent or w/e

doh... i would NOT be pissed off about that. that's pretty normal. if you're THAT picky, next time remove the weights, center cap, and valve cap and roll the wheels in.

most tire places will damage the outer cosmetic surface.
