Would you be mad? Tire shop damage.

Doesn't look too bad, but it seems they could hit them with a torch and use a plastic pry tool and get them off. Just spit-balling though because I've never changed/balanced tires myself.

They typically use a flat bladed knife, looks like a butter knife but with a flexible blade. They can suck to get off so some scraping is inevitable.
