That is where a fellow forum member could be trusted to inspect the wheels for me, and maybe I could paypal the forum member, since there are some people on this website who I would trust.
It's a matter of being worth the hassle for someone wanting to do it but I could certainly understand it being viewed as a pain in the ***.
