Volk TE37 all real?

If you look at the picture closely you can see that both the "unstickered" wheels have the volk racing stamp in them. I'd say the ad is legit based on that.

That is what you look for.
Most Volk wheels have 'Forged' 'Rays' and usually something else on the wheel to help verify it is real.

I have the same wheels and mine look just like that. I paid way more.

Did he mention why he powder coated the fronts?
