With the FI exhaust you are going to need to get some 2x8s or 2x10s to drive the rear wheels up on so your jack can clear the pipes.
I cut 45* angles on the ends of two ~36" lengths of 2x10s and drove the rear wheels up on those. This allowed the jack to reach the diff (with a hockey puck as a pad) without the arm contacting the pipes. Kind of a PITA but it works.
