My concern is just that if i were to have a sudden loss of presssure due to a road hazzard, i'd want to know before i was driving around on the rim of my wheel.

advice anyone?

When I put my aftermarket rims on I did get new sensors. I got them cheap through Ebay. I didn't want to have the labor charge of taking the old ones out of my factory rims. I had them programmed at my local dealership and they work perfect. My recommendation is to get them. Who wants a light on all the time. People say after awhile they don't notice it but still.
