what is the best offset for the venaci mesh step 20's and spirit 20's? I want the rim to poke out just a little from the fenders but have that

what is the best offset for the venaci mesh step 20's and spirit 20's? I want the rim to poke out just a little from the fenders but have that stretch tire look like the hellaflush. so what you would perfer on the offset and tire size I like your 30 but would 280 do that tire stretch? I don't know anything about having wide wheels or stretch tires please help.
