You will need longer studs. Stock ones are not long enough and will leave you with not enough thread (unsafe). Putting on spacers is easy enough, changing out the bolts is somewhat harder.

19x10 ET48

Current tires on all four are 215/35/19 (need to be replaced). Can you also recommend tire size. I think I would prefer a wider set. Thanks

Those will fit, but those offsets are a bit weak in the rear.

The OEM 19" are:

19x9 +47
19x10 +30

The fronts will sit in a similar fashion as stock, but the rears will be an additional 18mm sunken in then stock.

As for tires, stock sizes for 19x9 / 19x10 are 245/40/19 and 275/35/19.
