I know there are several different part numbers for the TPMS used over the models years here in the US. I have never been able to pair a set of TPMS with my car unless they were the correct part number. My guess is if you are even able to do what you're trying, you probably can't do it without replacing some other part like SouthArk mentions. There is a possibility that a competent dealer (good luck with that) could do something for you, but I'm guessing it would probably be expensive. Best of luck to you
