Each manufacturer determines their own grading criteria for the tread wear, traction, and temperature ratings that comprise the UTQG.

with tires. you can have traction or tread wear. You can't have both. It's a trade off. OP was asking for lots of understeer at the wrong time. I would guess mid corner.

The best fix for this issue is multiple tunes so you can run a low boost street tune making up to around 450-500 whp and run sport cup2s or equivalent on the street and still be safe and able to “enjoy” the car. Have a glory (hole) tune for dyno shootouts and and a power tune for Texas mile type stuff.


Oh, and multiple sets of wheels and tires.
