Riding on road channels

I've had tramlining on my Z across different tires and alignments. It is the worst on roads that have 2 different 'layers' of tar. One side of the road is

I've had tramlining on my Z across different tires and alignments.

It is the worst on roads that have 2 different 'layers' of tar. One side of the road is abruptly higher than the other side. For a second, it feels like I am driving 2 different cars.

I've learned to grab the steering wheel tighter to correct this.
