I know I had my factory TPMS cloned with programmable ones. My buddy did it at his tire shop. He read each TPMS sensor (on the car) programmed the new ones, then I brought him up my winter wheels and tires. This way the car has no idea there is a different wheel on the car. They aren't factory, but its been two seasons so far, no issues.
