Nissan changes the TPMS sensor almost every model year so they are typically not compatible from year to year. Since you have a 2018 there may not be a lot of information for you, and you might need to research part numbers yourself to determine which TPMS sensors will work with your car.

There's also probably not much chance of picking up a used set of sensors since your vehicle is so new. You might be biting the bullet and paying a dealer price for them (not cheap). I'd keep an eye out on eBay or see if you can't find a dealer that has reasonable online prices.
