No one I know of.
There is only about 3 tires in that size. Which one you interested in? They all take a 12.5" rim. My set-up. 345/30-19 on 19x12, +28, camber -1.75. I have about one inch clearance with the rear shock and sidewall. The tread is under the fender, but the sidewall sticks out a little. If I was running a true coilover in the rear. Think the spring may rub the tire on cornering. If not, it would be close. With a 355, it would be interesting. Think you would also have to run a 295~305 in the front to keep the understeer in check. Go ahead and do it.

I'd love to run those sizes but my opinion is just too much tire for a stock car |

Correct, Ive autocrossed multiple sets of the kumho xs, probably 10 or so and loved the tire, ran it as a street tire on my crossfire as well. Im hoping the v720 tire gets some 19" sizes soon.
But when I upgrade to a z06 this is what ill run |

I'm hoping they come out with 295/35-19 and a 345/30-19.

That's good to hear that you have no issues being lower. Question, how much lower, and wheel specs are you with the 345's?

19x12 et 28 in the rear with Nitto Invo tires. If i remember correctly my camber is at 1.5 . The H and R springs are an inch in the front and 1.5 in the rear.

That's the same rim specs as I have. With the PSS's, I just make the fender edge. What specs you planning on with the 355's?
