How do i reset the TPMS?

Ok I took it to the dealership and they said the tire pressure was off That's bullsh1t because I always check my tire pressure and oil level. Now they are

That's bullsh1t because I always check my tire pressure and oil level. Now they are charging me $40 to reset the TPMS. WTF!?

Pardon the intrusion, guys--350Z owner here: Does all this apply to 350s also?? Cause I got new tires for my Z, early this year, and didn't get any warning lights and no resetting was necessary. Is that a 370 thing? Thanks for enlightening me!
