You'd rather siphon off the gas or go on a road trip than buy a $20 bottle of something?

You must have spent $20-40k on your car... $20 surely can't hurt too much.

And have you siphoned gas? I have. Most (I think all) modern cars have built in anti-siphon tubes, so you have to use a tiny hose to get gas out. IMO not worth the time.
