UpRev Help please please.!

I'm trying to load my uprev tune but it keeps telling me briefly in red at the bottom of the screen "cannot flash rom - check ISO K line then

I'm trying to load my uprev tune but it keeps telling me briefly in red at the bottom of the screen "cannot flash rom - check ISO K line then it searches for an ECU checks the ISO and goes right back to saying ECU ready! Someone please help I want to start my blessed car tonight
