Anyword on this product yet? I saw a video on youtube guy claiming 300whp/250 ft/lb of torque. With Stillen G3 Intakes, Magnaflow Catback Exhaust, and Berk HFC dynotuned with the Cobb. that is impressive.

Err .. Semtex already has those numbers with a similar parts list (Stillen exhaust) and no tune at all. Not sure if the tune did much?

I emailed Cobb to see when it was going to be available... here was the response I got:

The 370Z AccessPORT is not available. We have just barely gotten access
to a new 370Z and will begin development shortly. I do not have a
release date or estimated power gains yet. It is too early in the
development process. Check back in a couple weeks and we should have a
better idea. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I asked about sway bars and got the same. They had just begun to look at the car.

How is it coming along now 3 weeks into it.....

I am eagerly looking forward to this reamp, I am hoping that it will provide at least 8 - 10 % gains in both HP/TQ.

Any updates yet????

From the reading I've done on it not alot but some, it seems the generic maps arent that good but people that use the map that is almost stock (not sure what that is need to do more reading) people are getting good gains. Also those that get a custom tune are getting good gains also

Not to steal the threat but I have been talking to another company that is making a Piggyback that does just about the same stuff as the Cobb. Unichip will have there prototype by Monday I was told. Link about it is in my sig.

A cobb AP is a wonderful device.. had it on my evo X... till i totaled her lol... but it essentially can reflash your ECU to whatever you want. So yes... a custom tuner can tune your car w/ a protune using the AP. You can also DL canned maps and upload them to your car if you are staged according to the parts you get. Other advantages: performance mode where you can measure 0-60 and 1/4 mile times... you can load economy / valet /anti theft maps on the car in 15 seconds and revert back to stock in time for the dealer
