P0300 is random misfire. It has to be affecting more than one cylinder. Definitely has something to do with air flow or fuel. Check your spark plugs as well. Buying

P0300 is random misfire. It has to be affecting more than one cylinder. Definitely has something to do with air flow or fuel. Check your spark plugs as well. Buying Uprev will allow you to tune your vehicle as well as look at diagnostics. You can look at the vacuum numbers in your intake manifold, check your maf sensors, O2 sensors, and much more. If anything, it will definitely help you narrow the possibilities.
