What if I don't want to tune it myself? Why should I have to purchase the software? That's what I don't understand...I thought it was just a flat rate for

What if I don't want to tune it myself? Why should I have to purchase the software? That's what I don't understand...I thought it was just a flat rate for the whole deal.
