Clutch no. You need intake and exhaust mods to need a tune.

A tune is used to adjust air to fuel ratios to optimum based on intake and exhaust geometry.
Mechanical, i.e. drivetrain or suspension, mods do not directly affect AFR.

The Rules-Of-Thumb are:
Intake mods only - no tune required; the ECM will compensate.
Exhaust mods only - no tune required; the ECM will compensate.
Intake + exhaust mods - tune required.

Don't forget guys, if OP intends to do a lightweight flywheel along with his clutch job it might help to tune the car as the extra chatter from the flywheel will sometimes cause issues with the knock sensors which a tune can adjust for... forget who it was but we've already had a member with that exact issue

I'm sorry maybe I should be more specific, I haven't decided on what exact clutch I want, but I know I want to do clutch, flywheel, zspeed cmak, and also the rjm clutch pedal

They can also effect idle quality and deceleration dips sometimes. A buddy in the past put a very light racing one on his car (not a z) and then it would dip past desired idle and almost stall (or did stall a couple time I don’t remember). So things like the IAC opening (would be throttle bodies today) need to be a little more aggressive.
