You're the only one that can answer that question. Personally, I think it would be foolish to invest in the mods you have and not tweak the performance (if you add any intake mods to your exhaust mods, a tune is highly recommended, anyway). I didn't like the throttle response in my stock '09 Touring 7AT, but not enough to spend $900 on. Might have spent half that, though. YMMV.
