Getting in contact with Uprev for a factory map?

So I bought my car from user over a year ago. The car was supercharged at one point so it had a Uprev tune. When he sold it he detuned it, and removed supercharged. Fast forward to Jan 2016, my car gets flagged during inspection for a random screening. I'm in MA so basically they want to check the car out and make sure everything is factory. Two days before my appointment, they call just to let me know if the car is tuned in any way they will fail me. So I buy the cable to connect to my laptop which works great but I need the file to flash back to factory. I have 2012 370z Nismo.

All my calls, voicemails, and emails have gone unanswered for weeks. Any idea how I can get this file or get in contact with them?
