Full exhaust without a tune

Resetting the ECM is simply removing one of the battery cables and waiting a few minutes for the capacitors in the ECM to discharge (or press the brake pedal to turn on brake lights and drain the caps). You may need to perform the window reset procedure after restoring battery power.
If you change the intake and exhaust at the same time you need a tune?
