Full exhaust without a tune

The rule-of-thumb seems to be that if you make just intake mods or just exhaust mods, you shouldn't need a tune - the ECM will adjust. If you change both

The rule-of-thumb seems to be that if you make just intake mods or just exhaust mods, you shouldn't need a tune - the ECM will adjust. If you change both the intake and exhaust, you need a tune. YMMV

Resetting the ECM is simply removing one of the battery cables and waiting a few minutes for the capacitors in the ECM to discharge (or press the brake pedal to turn on brake lights and drain the caps). You may need to perform the window reset procedure after restoring battery power.
