Full exhaust without a tune

Hi gents, Is it ok/recommended/safe to run the 370z without a tune with an aftermarket exhaust with stock cats removed? There are no other mods beside that, also car still

There are no other mods beside that, also car still has stock headers. I read somewhere about an ECU reset, how do you do that? thanks
