350z actually experiences the issue just the same. the fuel tank layout and design is nearly identical. the 370z is only more prone to the issue as the fuel tank is a couple inches deeper for larger capacity. Of course, the larger the capacity of the tank, the less control you have of the same quantity of fuel left in it. So its there in the 350z, you just have to push a little harder to get it!
