I'm curious...the two mentions above have the Quaife, but with a gear whine, that's just coincidental - right? I didn't think the differential-type had a direct effect on gear whine.

I'm curious...the two mentions above have the Quaife, but with a gear whine, that's just coincidental - right? I didn't think the differential-type had a direct effect on gear whine. Also, did you guys increase the gear ratio at the same time? Not saying that steeper gear ratios can't get setup properly, but it seems the setup with lower gearing needs to be that much more precise.
