It makes me very happy to see/hear that you are enjoying the RRP! I felt terrible about the dramatic installation you endured, and I feel better now that its paying you back!

Nice video. That's a different circuit that they use for the 24hrs?

Not completely. It's a different configuration. It's called the Bugatti. The curved stand straight, the 1st 'S' are common. After that, the Bugatti goes to a large right (where I used to starve ^^) while the 24h configuration goes straight.

The 24h configuration is ~8 miles long (while the bugatti is 2.5 miles long) and use some public roads so they need to close roads, divert normal cars to other roads, etc. It's only done a couple of times each year and it's quite exceptional for normal people to be able to run on it.
I ran it only once, for 4 laps under heavy rain. 3 of the 4 laps where like driving on a overcrowded highway (driving at 100 mph, that is ^^) while on the last lap, we where more or less alone. That was so freaking awesome! Actually living the legend ^^
I'm not gonna forget that any time soon!
I hit something like 160 mph.
Here is the video I took that time:

And the 4 other videos from sunday:

I can't wait for the next trackday!

Does anyone know of a shop in socal who has installed these you can recommend? Or even anyone on the forum who wants to install this for me and I'll pay you for your time?

I have no time/ patience now days to do it myself. A few years ago, I would have enjoyed the challenge, but life is way too busy now...

Kinda at the same point myself now.

Thinking about revisiting it though instead of using the supplied 90 Barb for the passenger side was thinking about converting to these.

In case something requires me to go back into the tank It'd be much easier to redo things inside vs trying to get the hose barbs on/off.

Thoughts about this Charles? Or maybe even using the same quick releases that the passenger side uses?

There should be enough slack on the hoses to just cut off the ends and then put them back on a couple times. I didnt do anything like you are suggesting because I figured its hard enough to get your hands in there, people might not like having to get tools in too. But the option is yours, after-all it is just a hose connection and there are endless ways to achieve it.

There is currently a road race pump in stock available to ship out this week.

Dibs go to "nvdave04", then "ed caranci", then "nomodsjk", and then a fellow who emailed me... if we hear back from any of them.

I will give it until Wednesday for anyone with dibs to claim it, after that its first come first serve.
