If possible can you please find the date of this email so that I can reference it?

For now I have to go in sequential order of those who have already inquired and are still interested. It might take a week or two to sort out.

Unfortunately this makes it a little messy. For this unit and any others that become available: Anyone who has asked and still wants one, find the PM or email that you inquired and post a date so that I can verify and create a proper line. I have over 2300 stored PMs here and I will never be able to sort it out myself.

Phunk,

Just got done reading the install instructions again (and again). Few questions:

When doing some of the wiring it says to use a volt meter to verify some of the connections when re-wiring the connectors. If you prep enough (take a pic of connector, etc) and just make sure you keep the same OEM pin locations can you get away with not having to use the volt meter? Maybe I'm over simplifying it.

Also similar with checking the Ohms on the level sensor. As long as the level arm can swing freely and you installed correctly why would you need Ohms recorded?

Why do you have to measure the depth of the level sensor (taping it to the ruler)? Is this just to make sure you bent the baffle enough?

Sorry, just trying to get all my ducks in a row.

The only purpose for using the volt meter when checking the connector is because the pin locations dont match up intuitively on the outside connector. However, if you dont have a voltmeter, I can just send you a chart that demonstrates which inside pin leads to which outside pin. Or perhaps I can just add that to an installation guide update.

Otherwise the ohms part is just to make sure the sensor is getting full sweep and that also goes for the part with taping it to the ruler. If you are sure you bent the baffle completely out of the way, its not necessary to do any of that. I just have it in there to demonstrate a method to double checking before final installation. But access to that side of the tank isnt the difficult part anyway, so if you had to go back in that side its not the end of the world, you just have to wait until the tank is somewhat empty to go back in.

Yes, please include the chart in the install guide or post here please! Thank you!

Thanks for the clarification on the level sensor. I will make sure to bend baffle a little "extra"

With that cleared up the install seems pretty straight forward to me. I will do all the prep (removing panels, sizing the new lines, running electrical, etc) the day before the actual install day. Hopefully this will make the actual install go faster.

Thanks again.

Phunk, did you get a chance to update the install guide with the pin chart? You can also post it here

FedEx says my kit should be arriving today.

Now the question is do I try to tackle this on Saturday for my track day on Sunday.....

What's your supply like? I'm interested but not sure if I can have the money ready in the window frame.

OK I am going to start this list myself. Post 619 on 4/9/15 (exactly 3 months today), I announced another pre-sale batch and for people to sign up. I am going to start at that point and only take posts into the thread since I cannot dig through old PMs looking for late sign-up requests. I did scan my emails too since its easy for me to search for words. Everyone that emailed me since that date actually got in the pre-sale, so its just whoever who has posted here, or who speaks up with a date that they PM'd me.

Official Interest list for abandoned pre-sales (ordered by request date, positions subject to change):

X: 5/20/15 - out
1: derraj06 6/5/15 - confirmed
2: patabq 6/27/15 - confirmed
X: 6/28/15 - out
3: vestitozed 7/7/15 - confirmed
4: boosted180 7/8/15
5: nvdave04 7/9/15

So far just 3 of 12 pre-sales are paid. 1 is known available, and I bet that another 1-2 will be. Now I am going to contact the members on this list and find out if they are ready to purchase or if I should cross them off.

CURRENT PRE-SALE LIST 7/13/15:
1: Spec Jay
2: 1cleanZ
3: AnthonyD1978 - PAID IN FULL
4: tracyx`9 - PAID IN FULL
5: D.B.
6: GSS138 - PAID IN FULL
7: a.stewart4242
8: J.L. - PAID IN FULL
9: Arrvaxx
10: CANCELED
11: ValidusVentus - PAID IN FULL
12: SurfDog

Thanks
