Harness bar?

My 0.02, I'd never use a bolt in bar for an actual harness (specially the flimsy sheet metal sides) and gaining a huge piece of steel that's heavy that serves

My 0.02, I'd never use a bolt in bar for an actual harness (specially the flimsy sheet metal sides) and gaining a huge piece of steel that's heavy that serves no purpose plus paying that much for a $10 of steel is hard to swallow. If you want a "look" any shop could knock this out with ease!
