Good luck! I remember my first run where the guy at the track told me that I only needed a helmet if I ran less than a 14.0. He was like "you probably won't need one, so just go ahead". Then I ran a 12.986 on my first run
 I ended up having to borrow one from someone since they didn't have any available for rent. |
