Ice mode solution?

Stupid question but this does not turn off abs all together correct?

ABS still works in straight line with yaw sensor pulled. However, this does not cure ICE mode completely, but it does somewhat alleviate excessive ABS intrusions during braking which leads many to believe that it somewhat "Cures" ice mode, but it doesnt. i ran into it past weekend and it scared me to death.
