Would anyone be interested in a small trailer hitch for tires?

Can you please ask him about what mods he did when you get a chance, but many of us have talked about this for the past year on this forum and this is the first I have seen do it...

Where did he get the hitch from? ANY details will be very helpful!

Let me second that request. I've been trying to find someone locally with the time/skill to fabricate something like this with no luck.

Any info would be greatly appreciated...
