As far as legit racing goes we have only so far auto-x. The Z kills the Camaro obvioulsy. Usually I run 3-4sec faster in the Z. Still for it's weight it handles decent. ummm no. c6 runs in ss and can trophy, 370z is a cs car. corvette is a faster car

I'm aware the Vette is in a faster class but when you compare times the Z comes out on top, at least with my local area it does. Back when I used to have the Vette my Z would still pull a faster time. It was also easier to turn in on sharp turns where the Vette would understeer. Also the only Vette guys that pull faster times are the Z06 guys. So either myself and the other Vette owners suck at driving Vettes or the Z is a better auto-x car. Either way the Z is hands down the easier car to driver around an auto-x course.

Also I thought the Z was BS class, at least that's how we run them. Not that it matters to me as I'm not out there to compete for a trophy

Due to the change in weather condition, a direct time comparison might not be ideal. Still, SS cars lay down faster times most of the times at the tour. There is a reason why SS cars carry a much higher PAX than CS. C5 non Z06s are AS cars. At this point, C6 probably won't take home a win. Still, the car was fast enough to finish in the top 5 at the tour a few years back. I would have finished in the trophies in a C6 had I not kicked cones on the last turn in day 1 (i am still pissed over that). Corvettes are not easy cars to drive, it was part of the reason why I gave mine up. I completely agree the 370z turns in better and they are much easier to drive. Faster? Hell no.

I have one raw FTD in my Prius and none in my C6 or 370z. It's all about luck and who is driving that day. Autox is weird like that.

Not me. My dreams are beyond beating mediocre supercars with hot models. We are talking straight up pulling on fighter jets with al himself as my love interest.

On a very tight track does the C6 still stomp the 370Z?
