Yeah it's the NY plates that earned you that ticket. They usually don't ticket out here till you're about 10 over on the highway and about 7 over on the street.

Thanks guys, will have to take care of the plate soon. I'm from Orange County, 50miles north of NYC and was tired shoveling snow. Having the great job being able to work from home
