Nice... just saw that this goes into effect here in Texas on Sunday the 1st...

HB 625 clarifies that the penalty for operating a vehicle on a public highway without displaying the two license plates assigned to the vehicle is a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.

Does anyone have experience installing a rear spoiler ? Just a regular oem touring spoiler...

Remove all the studs etc and only use the 4 bolts and 3m double sided tape, there is no need there are so many holes lol

yeah, i would think so...still kinda nervous about making sure it lines up correctly...
There was no paper overlay for the holes included.

Yup, just got the email announcing the cancellation. I hope to make the next one in November.

Anyone know of good shops is south ATX that can install my FI exhaust? Currently in an apartment, and rather just pay someone to get it done quick rather than jack up my car in the parking lot.

Not in south Austin. I just took mine to my neighborhood Lamb's.

Yeah, I'm just not gonna be lazy and go install in a friend's garage up north.

Cars and Coffee Austin is next Sunday, December 8 if anyone is interested. Unfortunately I am blocked again from coming with another prior commitment. Looking forward to the next show I can make! : )

Unfortunately It is supposed to be raining and cold on Sunday so the Cars & Coffee will likely be cancelled.

Pint, I'd love to do Karts sometime, but it might have to wait until the new year -- I go out of town on vacation in a couple of weeks and I'm pretty busy until then.

Austin used to be more active ... or maybe it was just this thread that was more active ... At least we used to go to Cars & Coffee more often. I think the move to C & C at the Oasis started the decline. Although more convenient than Leander, the layout (a parking lot as opposed to street parking) was less interesting.

Resolution for 2014: attend more local meets :tup:

It'd be cool if we could all visit this and someone get a shot of the group driving through.
