I hate that the game gets delayed so long after the start of the European seasons here.

In a way i'm kind of glad, because AW seems to be taking his sweet time in securing new signings, I was just looking at Chamakhs and Koscielnys ratings on the current one, and I tell ya what, they better bump that shyt up now that they're w/ the Gunners.

The ratings are one of the things that most irritates me about EA games-- just because someone plays in a "lesser" league (Ligue 1, for example), he's less likely to get rated highly. Kosieclny is probably rated even lower considering he played in Ligue 2. Hopefully EA rates those two more highly, but they'll more than likely be in the high 70s with (maybe) an 80 for Chamakh.

I'd like to know who the guy is that actually does the research for the players and bases his ratings on what he sees, does the guy actually sit and watch games and analyze players throughout the year or does he just modify the previous years ratings and add to or take away from based on their stat sheets currently? Didnt Verms have a 70 something? seriously? the guy came in and shut EVERYBODY down, at least deservedly an 85. I really hope they do something innovative for 11', the past few have seemed all too similar, we need something ground breaking, one thing that really irks me about 10' is the fact that my player has a curve rating of 95, yet when I hit a finesse shot far post, the ball hardly bends at all and the keeper saves 95% of the time, when I cut in from the left side of the box and bend the ball far post with the inside of my right foot, that motherfvcker better be heading just inside the right post instead of straight into the keepers hands.

I'm able to curve the crap out of shots.

and another thing that pisses me the hell off, I want to be able to control my OWN attributes, you could in 09' and when they cut it out in 10', i was furious. I value more attributes over others and it irks me to no end that I cant choose the ones I want to improve. So I assume the general consensus is that everyone will be getting it on the 360... if so i'll get 11' on my xbox.

I do have faith in our youth, however, nobody we have is at Fabs level there, if he goes down, Nasri can step into his central midfield role, but who fills Nasri's spot? Wilshere is definitely an up n' comer, but hes not there yet. I would be comfortable knowing that if one of our fragile midfielders goes down, we got someone that can step in and fill the void w/o a loss of attacking ability.

Assuming we're three deep in attacking central players (& we're not counting Rosicky, who can play more centrally-- he did for Dortmund & for his national team), I'm more worried about whether Song or Frimpong can do a reasonable Viera impersonation.
