And I'm from the US, so I'm a USMNT fan no doubt. It's hard to support an MLS team, because A) We don't have one here in Phoenix and B) Their games are on during a time of day (evening/night) that I am rarely home. That being said, I did like Seattle when they moved up (and bought a Sounders t-shirt when I visited Seattle) to MLS due to Ljungberg being on the squad. |

This last double-leg champions league was my first time watching Bayern Munich. They have a nice style of football that surprised me for a German team.

There was about 6" of snow on the pitch. Ridiculous conditions. They tried to call it once, but the ref. was talked out of it!:happydance: |

A point in Azteca! I'm so ******* happy right now!
I was stressed the whole match, esp. the last 20min + AET. Too bad Jamaica couldn't draw Costa Rica too, because Honduras lost. |

not a blown call after all, clatters aquino after the shot's released, but still silly on Edu, and yes 9/10 that gets called regardless. lol you can see him absolutely flub his shot by dragging his shoe halfway into the pitch |

Almost time!

Messi could be hurt! Bad news for Barca
|
Fawk Barca! lol
|
Messi off, Fiberglas on. COME ON PSG.
Juve's game isn't anywhere near their standards right now. It's a travesty Bayern hasn't stuck 3 behind them. I mean, Robben had ample chance to pass...oh. Never mind. |
The ref also didnt call a clear penalty sooooooo....
|
2-0 Bayern
|
GG Juve. Thanks for playing. Better luck next time.
I mean, COME ON GUYS EVEN ARSENAL PUT UP A BETTER FIGHT THAN THIS. |

Hopefully we're appealing the Giroud red, as it shouldn't have been a straight red, at least IMO. It wasn't anywhere near malicious like Sidwell's "tackle".
City let the Spuds score three on them. :shakes head: Liverpool bit (see link :icon17:) their way to a draw against Chelski. We're still in third, but they both have a game in hand at the moment. |
Erm, Giroud got the ball first, so it could be appeal-able, but he was a bit of a numpty for going in that high. We get angry when studs are up at the shin, so Giroud doesn't get an excuse either. If we fail the appeal, I'm fine with that. Stick Gervinho back in the team, and toss Walcott up front as central striker for the remainder of the season. If he fails miserably, then at least Wenger knows not to trust him with THAT again...and just maybe we'll sign someone good in the off-season.
Too bad Poldi is clearly unfit for 90 minutes because I'd love to see him at that CF position. |
I should also add that Giroud going in high is what the ref sees. Giroud is a numpty for slipping in the first place, making it look like he went high :icon17:
Also - I'm actually quite upset right now. I had to watch a little to see if ManU would win the title at the Emirates...not the case. I'm glad they're pummeling Villa right now, who probably will go down as the team to gift ManU the title...but watching RvP makes me literally sick. |
I've got diarrhea right now & I'm pretty sure it's RVP's fault.

http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/...layers-008.jpg http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/...lebrat-003.jpg  we'll give them their guard of honour, but i hope jack and aaron especially remember this. burn it into their souls and push them on to the next level...not like robin, who pushed himself out the door. if wenger spends right, we really could be close to the title again. IF. |
Göetze :(

:icon18: That's pretty funny. "We feel a bit run over..." :bowrofl: |
Where would Goetze play?
That Bayern team could easily be GOAT now. |
Goetze already plays as a right-sided attacker (or lines up as a 'false nine' for Germany when Gomez & Klose are out). Surely he'll be replacing Robben, who, I cannot imagine will last past the summer, as he's very much against type for a Pep player.
|
So.. I guess Rooney is finished with United after the season? I wonder if he'll sign with City?

Woooo!! Way to go Bayern!!:happydance:

All German final?
